Pre-appointment Instructions

  • No Makeup

Come with no makeup or moisturizer on your eyes and surrounding area. Please don't use mascara the day before your appointment as it is extremely difficult to remove completely and will severely affect your retention.

  • No Contacts

Please wear your glasses or bring a case for your contacts. The glue fumes present during application are damaging to contacts.

  • No Caffine

Please refrain from consuming any caffeine at least 3 hours prior to your appointment. Fluttering eyelids make lashing much harder, affecting the quality of my work and the time it will take to finish.

  • Bring Inspo

Try to have an idea of how you want your lashes to look. The best way for me to understand your vision is to bring pictures of lashes that you like. You can even bring your favorite strip lash so I know what length and style you wear. Completely unsure? No problem, we’ll figure it out together!

  • Dress Comfy

You'll be laying down for up to 3 hours so wear something comfy. The room is a little chilly so dress accordingly (I do have blankets). I also require masks to be worn while you are on the bed (one will be provided if you don’t have one).

  • Get Ready To Relax

Talking causes a lot of involuntary movements of your face and eyes, making my job much more challenging. For this reason, most of my appointments are quiet and my clients almost always fall asleep. Music will be playing, but feel free to bring airpods to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. There’s nothing better than a good lash nap!

Additional Information

‘On the way’ texts are always appreciated, ESPECIALLY if you think you’ll be late.

Make sure to use the restroom before we start. Stopping mid-service is extremely time-consuming as I will have to cure the glue before you open your eyes and get you prepped again before resuming.

If you’re early, feel free to check my door! If I’m not still with a client, and I’m all set up and ready, we can get started. This, however, does not gain you extra time towards your appointment.

polices

You will be asked to acknowledge these terms when booking.

Deposit

A $30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book. This amount goes towards your appointment (ex. $180 appointment you would owe $150 at time of service). Under no circumstances will the deposit be refunded.

Payments

I accept card payments (3% surcharge) and exact cash ONLY (ATM next door in smoke shop). No Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, or any other forms.

Cancellations

Cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours before our appointment will result in loss of deposit. This will be allowed only 3 times, then you will be blocked from booking.

Rescheduling

Realize that day won’t work? Let me know with more than 48 hours notice and your deposit can be used for your new appointment. ***Please reschedule if you are contagious or feeling sick (I have the right to cancel even if you are willing to show up).

Lateness

If you are running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible so I know you’re still coming. I do not charge a late fee, but I also will not go passed our scheduled end time. Every minute of our appointment counts, so please do your best to be punctual. If you’re more than ~30 minutes, I may cancel the appointment at my discretion. If you are 15+ minutes late AND are not responding to my messages, I will assume you are not coming.

Squeeze-ins

Can’t find an appointment that fits your schedule? Let me know! I might be able to get you in before or after my normal hours or even on a day off. This will require a $30 squeeze-in fee.

Guests

No guests, children, or pets allowed.

Vaping

No vaping allowed on the property.

Patch Test

Allergies to lash adhesive can happen. A patch test could be done, show no signs of reaction, and still result in a reaction after a full set. This is why I don’t require patch tests, as they are unreliable. Allergies can even develop later on due to prolonged exposure to the adhesive. This means you could get your lashes done every two weeks for years with no irritation, and begin to show signs of an allergy one day. This is not very common, but is always a possibility. If you have any concerns about a possible allergy, please reach out!

Refunds

Have an issue with your lashes? Let me know within 48 hours. After discussing your concerns we can decide to either do a free removal or free touch-up appointment. However, there will be no refund.
